Step 2: You will be invited to book your feedback session
You will be sent a link so that you can booked your feedback session with a Licenced Insights Discovery Practitioner.
Step 3: Your Insights Discovery Profile
You will be emailed a copy of your Personalised Insights Discovery Profile. If you have completed the profile in a language other than English you will receive a copy in your native language and English.
Step 4: Preparing for your feedback session
You will receive some guidance on how to ensure you get the most out of your feedback session which includes 15 minutes of pre-work.
Step 5: Feedback session
In the session you will be introduced to the Insights model, before navigating your feedback, and exploring your behavioural preferences and what they mean for you.
Step 6: Supporting Material
You will receive a Guide to Connecting with your profile and access to Insights Discovery and Introduction E-Learning which will support your ongoing journey of self-awareness.
Step 7: Self Discovery Challenge
As a bonus you will also receive access to the Self Discovery Challenge PDF which provides you five actional habits for embedding self awareness over 30 days and includes a tracker to help you stay accountable.
